Refund policy

Due to the special nature of the products in the live broadcast, we do not accept unconditional returns.

To be eligible for a return, please inspect your order after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please take a photo and contact us immediately within three days of receiving the package so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
